For our last blog, we thought you should see a picture of our driver, Ragu, with a giant puri and chickpea dish (he ordered this after he had eaten a dosa). In case you are wondering, he follows Shiva – hence the horizontal stripes on his forehead and the black scarf. Our car God was also Shiva. At some point in the journey, he disappeared but it turned out that he had been snapped off by accident, so one of our guides found some glue to stick him back on again – thank goodness!
