Farewell from Japan

Thank you all so much for sharing our travels with us. We have so enjoyed having your comments and knowing that you were looking at the pictures even if you were not so vocal, so to speak. The first image is a wish for you all, written on an oyster shell at a temple in Kamakura, and the second speaks for itself. We still haven’t mastered selfies but we are resisting selfie sticks!

  1. This is so beautiful. I was little vocal but enjoyed a lot following your exploits. Have a good return Sue and, later on, Miriam. Much love, Elizabeth

  2. Delighted to hear you haven’t mastered the selfie! Thanks for all the images and thoughts – my overall impression apart from the gorgeous trees and snow is one of a glance of life I really don’t have the cultural references to understand so thought provoking as well – well done! Looking forward to seeing at the weekend – missed you xxx
Sue – of you fancy the movies, I’m around on Friday

  3. Thank you for letting us live vicariously executives by looking at your lovely pictures and safe journey back to both of you.

  4. Loved following your trip! That is such a lovely picture of you both as well. Look forward to catching up more in the new kitchen! Safe trip home.
