Coffee, pepper, nutmeg (and mace), cardamom (?), cloves, ginger (possibly turmeric as same sort of plant but not yellow enough maybe) and not the faintest idea for the last one!

I reckon it’s from the ginger family judging by the root. Maybe turmeric?
