We climbed 700 steps to see the biggest monolithic statue in the world
This doesn't quite do justice to our climb, but it gives you a sense ... And of course, we climbed all 700 steps barefoot. It was a wonderful Jain monument in Karnataka on an extremely high and very hard hill. See the second (or first, depending on your connection) photo for the statue!
