Taking advantage of the Indian proclivity for sleeping late, before everyone starts on their phones and we have to share the pathetic wifi, we are attempting to post some animal pictures from two brilliant safari trips we took a couple of days ago.
Postcards from abroad
Not so friendly. It’s hard to believe we share the same breath as these primordial beasts.
Sue says ‘Apart from the thickness of the skin, this is clearly a Trump familiar!’
Something about that jagged smile is chilling.
I have photos of him slipping into the water to see us … but saved for later!
Hope you are on the other side of the bank!!
Even bigger than the Zambian ones
Yes, certainly healthy specimens. Have more scary photos but no wifi so can’t post!

Fantastic photos. Have passed them on to AZ who is still in the US as Jay the 3 year old is obsessed with crocs.
Oh, yes! A real monster! I did wonder about crocodiles when you mentioned walking by the river…… but I didn’t want to be alarmist…….
Think the crocs stay away from the humans, on the whole. Thank goodness!
