The third picture was where we ate breakfast this morning so you work out for yourselves what the last picture is (and those of you who are very sharp will notice that I didn’t take the picture).

Definitely not kosher! Delicious kind of pancakes dipped in fish sauce. The yellow things were rice cakes and a kind of sausage. Just the most brilliant food here!

Yes, Sue does look very cute in her cycle helmet and I see she’s coordinated it with the t-shirt of the person driving the bike (or was it the other way round?). BTW the streets of Hanoi (apart from the mini-drivers) look uncharacteristically deserted in the background.
They have started closing the road round the main lake at 5he weekends, so it is a really charming walk. That’s where the kids were driving (or at least, their parents were remote driving them).
Yum, but without th sausage!
It would be easy to be veg or even vegan here – had the most delicious vegan meal on Friday. Seems it is really fashionable here.
Like Sue, the children look born to those wheels. There’s an idea for the grandchildren’s Christmas presents. Seattle loves innovation!
And the little cars were controlled, like drones, by the parents I think – so just the illusion of the open road!
