We were just catching up on the blog when Sue caught sight of the moon appearing next to the Skytree which we see so clearly from our hotel window. So we wanted to enjoy it with you all.

Great little moon!
Maybe it was a big moon but the building (second highest in the world) just dwarfs it?
Tsukuyomi-no-mikoto shining down on you. Said to have killed Uke Mochi, the goddess of food. Perhaps he disapproves of all the fish you’ve scoffed?? But a tranquil image, nonetheless, for such a vast, pulsing city. Lovely. x R
So many wonderful contradictions here – tiny hundreds of years old restaurants juxtaposed with the brashest of karaoke bars. We absolutely loved it!
